With a background in performance and stage, Rob has built a reputation for discovering exceptional, award-winning talent while fiercely championing diversity, underrepresented voices, working class actors, and LGBTQ+ performers. His career began with founding the RKA Talent agency before moving into casting across TV, film, and theatre worldwide. Rob’s work has earned industry recognition, including an Emmy nomination for his casting.
